Employee Benefits

At Trinity, we offer our employees an attractive compensation package designed to assist them in achieving work-life balance. As a company, we choose excellent employees and offer excellent benefits. In return for the contributions our employees make to Trinity's success, we are committed to continually improving our compensation and benefits programs. In addition to a competitive salary, Trinity offers a monthly benefits allowance that offsets some or all of the employee's costs for our benefits package.

Paid Time Off

Employees receive Paid Time Off (PTO) annually based on their tenure with the company. Employees are eligible to take accrued PTO the first of the month following 30 days of employment.


Trinity provides all full-time and part-time employees with 8 company paid holidays each year. If a holiday occurs on a Saturday, the preceding Friday will be observed. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be observed.

Major Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance

Our medical/dental/vision insurance is available to eligible employees (30 or more hours per week) as part of a pre-tax cafeteria plan. Trinity offers a variety of options to meet employees' needs, including two Preferred Provider options. Four coverage tiers are available under both plans. The medical plan offers a prescription card and a mail-in service. We offer vision care coverage as well. Coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month following a 30-day waiting period.

Flexible Spending/Health Savings/Dependent Care Spending Accounts

Payroll deductions from pre-tax earnings may be placed in an account to be used for medical reimbursements or child/dependent care reimbursements based on eligible expenses. New employees are eligible on the first day of the month following a 30-day waiting period.

Discounted Health Club Memberships

Trinity pays the up-front dues for health club membership at a club of your choice. Over the length of the contract, Trinity then deducts equal installments from your paycheck.

Life Insurance

Life Insurance is a company paid benefit with coverage equal to your annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000. Supplemental life insurance is available for an employee, spouse, and dependent children at a low cost.

401(k) Plan

Employees may contribute up to 80% of their earnings to a directed, tax-free accumulation trust under Trinity’s 401(k) plan, subject to IRS limitations. Employees may participate in our plan beginning the 1st of the month after just 30 days of service.

Disability Income Protection

Trinity offers three programs to protect your income during disability. Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) are company paid benefits. STD provides 60% of your base salary after five consecutive days of being disabled. After 90 days of consecutive disability, the LTD policy takes effect and provides payment of 60% of your base salary. Additional individual LTD coverage is available to be purchased as an after tax benefit.

Educational Assistance

Regular full time employees are eligible to participate in this program upon completion of six months of service. For those undergraduate and graduate degree programs in fields which have a relation to the firm’s business, Trinity will reimburse at the following rate with a grade of B or better: 100% of the first $3,000 each calendar year and 50% of the next $2,000. (Maximum reimbursement per calendar year is $4,000). Any amount in excess of $4,000 each year will be reimbursed after completion of the program over a period of three years of service.
